AWFUL customer service and extremely dated learning material. It is near impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone. I have left 3 voicemails now, with the first one left over a week ago. It is getting to the point they are going to cost me my invigilation fee and lost wages because I was not able to take my exam due to their inattentiveness. Extremely unprofessional and unbecoming of a provider for security training. The website itself is buggy in that it will sometimes not record progress, and as I said the learning material is so dated its a little embarrassing that this is my training. I severely regret spending my money to get my ABST here.

this training course is terrible, Videos are very outdated and it is very hard to hear the instructors talking clearly, you will have to listen to each video 5 times to answer all the questions properly they ask you. VERY FRUSTRATING.
